Gorgeous flowers, no complaints there. I’m very happy with the arrangement and the card with the message is nicely presented. My only issues were with the delivery process. There wasn’t parking available immediately in front of the recipient’s building at the time, so the recipient had to walk out to the street to get the flowers from the delivery person. This is a bit underwhelming for what is supposed to be a hand delivery process where presentation is important. The flowers were in a box that was pretty wet, to the point where the box wasn’t rigid and could be torn apart with little effort. Again, this was something that just took away from the delivery experience.
